who are you?

we're ruby and mel, trained in design, lovers of all things beautiful, haters of waste. we've been selling online for years, and we created archival to go pro in 2022

why are you doing this?

because there are Big Issues with the fashion industry (eg waste of resources, exploitation of workers, pollution of the natural environment, and oversupply clogging up landfill), - we're for the circular economy and want to make second hand shopping an easy first choice for style-conscious design lovers with a conscience

do you have any reviews from other customers?

what if i have a problem with my purchase?

get in touch with us! we want happy customers so will always try to help. if we've made a mistake, please return the item for a full refund. if it doesn't fit, we'd prefer you to gift it to friends or family to save the carbon cost of a return

what charities do you support?

christchurch city mission, spca, salvation army

where does your stock come from?

some of it from our own wardrobes, some from our gorgeous consignors, and some from local charities

LOGISTICS

when will my purchase be posted, and how long will it take to arrive?

our lovely courier collects twice a day mon-fri, and we dispatch same day as payment. parcels are usually delivered next day

which courier company do you use?

we use nz post's overnight courier serice, because they are reliable and responsible, carbon zero and usually manage to find any lost parcels

can i pick up or try on in christchurch?

yes, just get in touch and we'll send the address - we're in sydenham central most weekday mornings.

can i rent something instead of buying it?
