Shipping policy
We use NZ Courierpost because they're fast, they're local and they're carbon neutral.
We generally post in recycled plastic courier bags for weather protection, but we can use paper if you want us to.
We charge a flat rate of $9.99 within NZ, which helps cover costs of bags, tissue, printer, labels etc for the smaller parcels, and subsidises delivery of larger and inter island parcels. We don't charge extra for rural delivery, we subsidise these too.

Orders up to $100 - $9.99
Orders over $100 - FREE
AUSTRALIA SHIPPING RATES:
Economy - $18
Express - $35
Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. We usually process these same business day Mon-Fri. Purchases made on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day. In most cases NZ orders will be received within 1-3 business days of shipping and AUS orders within 5-14 days
