REFUND + RETURNS
We want our customers to love their finds, and we're here to help. We're human, so if we make a mistake, please let us fix it! Our selection is nearly all pre-loved, so may not be in perfect condition, but any wear will be mentioned in the description.
If we have made a mistake in the description, we will arrange to have the item returned to us and will refund you fully.
In the case that your item doesn't fit, or you have changed your mind, you may return your item for a store credit within 7 days from the date of shipment. We recommend that items are returned to us via courier to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit.
