SHIPPING

We try to make your online shopping experience as pleasant and simple as possible, so our shipping methods and policies have been designed to get your order to you quickly and efficiently.

All orders are shipped via NZ Courierpost, and are usually despatched same day as payment Mon-Fri. We don't charge any extra for rural delivery.

NZ WIDE SHIPPING RATES:

Orders up to $100 - $9.99

Orders over $100 - FREE

 

AUSTRALIA SHIPPING RATES:

Economy - $18

Express - $35

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. We usually process these same business day Mon-Fri. Purchases made on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day. Please note* Confirmation emails can be hiding in your junk folder, please double check all junk folders or email us at madebykiwis@gmail.com

In most cases NZ orders will be received within 1-3 business days of shipping and AUS orders within 5-14 days

Returns

If we have made a mistake in the description, we will arrange to have the item returned to us and will refund you fully. In the case that your item doesn't fit, or you have changed your mind, you may return your item for a store credit within 7 days from the date of shipment. We recommend that items are returned to us via courier to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit.
