Caroline Moore, the designer behind Frenzi, was known for her meticulously tailored separates + dresses, produced with the help of a large staff in her Christchurch workroom. Caroline worked exclusively in New Zealand leather, the material dictating the style of her clothing as much as the demands of fashion. She sourced her lambskin from NZ Light Leathers in Timaru, then the largest tanner of finished garment leather in the country.

this is a unique find, we have just this one available. And in the case of our vintage, it's quite possibly the only one still in existence!
ARCHIVAL loves beautiful clothing. Curated NZ vintage, NZ contemporary fashion, and gorgeous international designer picks. We especially treasure one of a kind, made to last heirloom pieces, natural fabrics including silk, linen and cotton, and handmade treasures - but we're not above saving the occasional striking high street gem.
We're about slow fashion, supporting sustainable practices - repair and re-use, reducing landfill, sourcing goods locally, and using recycled packaging.
Shipping is $9.99 within NZ, or spend $100+ for free shipping, and we despatch by tracked courier same day as payment, using NZ Courierpost, so delivery is usually next day. We don't charge extra for rural delivery. We courier to Australia for $18aud
We've been trading since 2020. We hope you love your finds, and we're here to help. We're human - if we make a mistake, please let us fix it! Our selection is nearly all pre-loved, so may not be in perfect condition -
