We try to make your online shopping experience as pleasant and simple as possible, so our shipping methods and policies have been designed to get your order to you quickly and efficiently.

All orders are shipped via NZ Courierpost, and are despatched same day Mon-Fri. We don't charge extra for rural delivery.

NZ WIDE SHIPPING RATES:

Orders up to $99 - $9.99

Orders over $99 - FREE

Overnight courier, usually delivered next day

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES:

Australia wide - $35

USA - $85

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. We process these same day Mon-Fri. Purchases made on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day. AUS orders usually delivered within 5-14 days

US orders usually delivered within 7-18 days

Returns

If we have made a mistake in the description, let us know so that we can arrange to have the item returned to us and refund you fully.

In the case that your item doesn't fit, or you have changed your mind, you may return your item for a store credit within 7 days from the date of shipment. We recommend that items are returned to us via courier to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit.
